01 · Our approach
No two cases are alike.
Murtezi Lab Dental produces fixed and removable prosthetics for practices across French-speaking Switzerland, combining the technician's hand, digital tools and the assistance of artificial intelligence.
We work in close collaboration with the clinician: discussing the treatment plan, choosing materials, arranging intermediate try-ins. Nothing is standardised, because no mouth is.
From the moment the impression arrives to the final quality check, the standard stays the same: an aesthetic, functional and durable result, delivered within the lead time quoted.

A single point of contact
You speak directly to the person making your case. No intermediary, no information lost along the way.
Lead times quoted and met
A lead time is given when the case is taken in. If it has to move, you hear about it before the deadline.
Traceable materials
Zirconia, lithium disilicate, certified resins and alloys, with batch traceability for every piece delivered.
Finished by hand
Milling gives precision, the hand gives character. Every piece is characterised and polished individually.

Physical impression or STL file sent over by the practice. Case logged and lead time confirmed.

Digital planning and CAD modelling, with occlusion and contact points validated.

Precision milling, ceramic layering, characterisation and finishing by hand.

Quality check, digital case file archived and handover to the practice.

05 · Quality & compliance
Checked, documented, traceable.
Every custom-made device leaves the laboratory with its declaration of conformity, in line with the Swiss Medical Devices Ordinance (MedDO). The material batches used are recorded in the case file.
The final check covers fit, contact points, static and dynamic occlusion, shade and surface finish. A case that does not pass that check does not leave the laboratory.
